“What is a Mastermind group?”
Napoleon Hill, in his masterpiece Think and Grow Rich, researched hundreds of successful men. The list included Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, John D. Rockefeller, F.W. Wollworth, Theodore Roosevelt and dozens more. What he found is that they consistently surrounded themselves with intelligent, growth-oriented people who challenged and stretched them.
When I use the term “Mastermind,” I mean a diverse group of intelligent, growth-oriented leaders who commit to study of a topic and the growth of the group members. This is a program that I can bring to your team, to your company – even if they don’t work in the same city!
What’s in it for you?
- Your team will develop shared ideas, thinking and vocabulary.
- They will develop relationships with other which will help us be more effective and be accountable to each other.
- They will be challenged to practice applying what they are learning, and learning from each other about what works, and what doesn’t!

How Does It Work?
You sign up, we send you the books, then we schedule the four sessions with the team. Sessions take about an hour, and you should see them starting to use what they are learning immediately.
Sessions take place using video conferencing technology, and can happen with your team in your office or they can all participate from their homes, if that’s better for them.
Each participant reads the portion of the book, and then, during a professionally facilitated session, they talk about what they learned, what it means and how to apply the ideas right away in their work.
How much does it cost?
$200 per person
Testimonials
“I really enjoyed this program. The book was very valuable. Getting to know leaders from other companies and to understand their challenges and strengths. I highly recommend the program.” Kate Butler, Experis, Managing Director
“It is easy to get to a certain place in how you approach leadership and then coast. That is where I think I was prior to attending this masterminds group. It served to help me reengage and actively pursue developing the different traits that make a good leader.” – Mike
“I honestly did not know what to expect when the process began, and was concerned it would end up being a waste of my time. However, I am now very happy that I made the time for this group. I learned from a book that I might not have read otherwise. I began a couple of new friendships that I definitely would not have had otherwise. And perhaps most importantly I gained insights about myself and my current life situation that have caused me to adjust my rudder with more confidence than I would have otherwise. Also, I spent some time “off-line” with a few individuals from the group, and found this time to be invaluable, as well.” – J. B.

These are the comments from participants after just one session – this is the raw, unedited reaction to people when I asked them for feedback at the end of session one. (This group had never met each other before this session.)
